Case Description
I had a small cavity on one of my front teeth and it has just broke down the middle. There is a huge gaping hole. I'm a student, just moved to the city, and don't have insurance. I also have an extreme fear of dentist but, I can't walk around like this. I need to find someone who can help and who offers some type of payment plans.
