hi, i am looking for someone to do a wonderful job at crown lengthening for molar #31. i am about to have a root canal on the tooth and would like to have a periodontist perform the lengthening so that my crown has a decent chance to remain on the tooth. the problem area is at the rear side nearest my tongue. can someone tell me how painful the aftermath of this procedure is and what to expect and cost?
