Case Description
I need help badly, as I have infections continually, and my teeth are so bad, it's hard to eat solid food. My mother has written everywhere, and we just don't know where I can turn. I am on Workmen's comp, had back surgery/nerve damage , and just need a break. Can I find a kind hearted dentist that will consider payment plan, or barter jobs ( I am handy as long as it's not a heavy lifting job). I am desperate. I want to live and date!! Help I am so much pain!

With chronic infections and broken teeth, you should probably see a specialist, who would be more capable of dealing with advanced disease processes. A periodontist, who specializes in gum disease and implant therapy would be a good place to start. An endodontist, who specializes in root canal is also appropriate. Once the individual tooth prognosis is established, a good general dentist completes the picture.
