Case Description
most of my teeth are really in bad shape. All My uppers should be removed and have dentures 6 teeth are broken down to the gum line three in the front My bottom 4 teeth on the left are in the same shape on my right bottom side one molar is under the gum line My front bottom teeth are in fairly good shape I only have had 2 teeth pulled one upper molar and one lower bicuspid I still have my wisdom teeth one is loose and ready to fall out the others came in straight except one on the upper right it's coming in side ways My teeth actually very rarely hurt me, Is this normal? I've already received two estimates from dentists on this site for full teeth extraction and dentures 10 to 16 thousand dollars seems quite a lot to just have teeth pulled and dentures I live in Delaware County PA. Is there any Denture specialist in the area that could do this for less than 5 thousand? Or even just do the top for right now or something with the missing top front teeth. I got layed off from my job quite awhile ago and am finding it hard to find a steady job. Having a smile again would probably help.

Im getting quite desperate to get somthing done.

When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
  • Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
  • Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description, special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
  • Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
  • Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors. Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

There are options such as doing part now and part later as well as financing options. After I get a good look, I will better be able to provide you with your options. Feel free to contact our office and let them know you were referred through this site and they will set you up with a free consultation. 610-356-9388

No one can give you a clear evaluation or solid recommendation without first examining you. From there you will have options. Many private dentists have been taking care of patients just like you for many years. In doing so, we have extensive knowledge, experience, and training to handle complex cases as yours appear to be. With that experience comes a price. If private dental care is too expensive for you, you may want to contact Temple Dental School or Penn Dental School. The fees there will be much less since they are students just learning how to treat patients. If you are interested, we always offer no charge no obligation consults. If you get the step of having x-rays taken, there are minimal charges. You can call our office 610-644-2502 for details.

I am a faculty member at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia. If you would like, I can get you in with the chief resident for comprehensive treatment under my supervision. Depending on your situation, we can probably do the extractions and give you a full upper denture and an implant-supported lower denture for less than $5,000. No strings attached.
