every tooth in my head is either rotted cracked or brokeand they all hurt------please find me someone to fix this----i would like to have all my teeth pulled & be fitted for dentures-------i have aflack dental insurance, would be willing to make up the rest in payments ----i am in extreme pain now and would appreciate in this help
