Case Description
My front tooth was damaged during an accident when I was young. The tooth was replaced with a crown, but when the root canal was done I was very young so the root is small.
I need either an implant or a bridge- these were the options I was given. I was given a cost for a bridge which included the 6 front teeth. I would like to get a 2nd opinion on what the total cost should be. My Metlife dental insurance pays up to 50%.

Cost Estimate: $5250
Assuming I agree that you need 6 crowns and not 4 or two in our office with the situatiojn you have described the breakdown is as follows. 6 units of Crown and Bridge 750 X 6 + the build up on the root canaled tooth 170 for a total of 4650. Often with anterior cases we need to fabricate lab processed provisionals to better manage the tissues around the teeth, this will add 600 to the total charge if required. Again this is dependant on the amount of teeth involved. Good luck.Bob
