Things I need done:

General Practice: -3-4 Fillings. -Cleaning (haven't had teeth cleaning in over 10yrs) -Front tooth broken and I have a temporary molding on it that was suppost to fall off 10 yrs. ago AND would like to get a cap or something that looks good since it's the front tooth.

Oral Surgeon: -Bottom wisdom teeth have broken the gums approx. 1-2 yrs. ago and continue to grow....resulting in alignment issues with my bottom front teeth. Need to have them removed.

Orthodontist: -Need braces for the bottom teeth since the wisdom teeth growth interfered with the alignment.

I have the option of having money withheld from my pay for a flexible spending account that allows for me to use tax free funds so, I would like to know roughly how much the wisdom teeth extraction will cost, how much braces will cost for bottom row only, and if I do need a cap for half broken front top tooth how much will that cost?

I'm 24 yr old female and in good general health.
